The Stage offers the names of some more of the cast members from BBC Radio 4's A Tale of Two Cities -- but without saying who all of them play! I hate when that happens.
We do know that Andrew Scott -- Moriarty in Sherlock, if you're a fellow fan of that show -- is in the cast. I wonder if he has the lead role. Moriarty as Carton . . . wouldn't that be something?
Update: Thanks to Marian and her eagle eye for spotting this update on Jeremy Mortimer's Twitter: Scott is playing Darnay. Paul Ready is playing Carton.
Moriarty? O_o I still haven't got over his creepy speech.
Perhaps Andrew Scott is playing both Carton and Darnay?
Jonathan Coy--another Hornblower actor! All they need is Ioan Gruffudd and it would be a Hornblower reunion. *wishful thinking*
Wait, I just looked at Jeremy Mortimer's Twitter, which you linked to in the last post--he says Scott plays Darnay, and Carton will be played by Paul Ready. Never heard of Ready--I wonder if he's been in any costume dramas?

Oh, my word! Christy and I were just on Facebook joking about the possibility of an Irish Darnay, and now it turns out to be true! :-) Thanks for the Twitter update -- I hadn't seen the latest.
