Congratulations to 'Little Dorrit,' winner of 7 Emmys!

And not a crappy reunion scene in sight! What a relief. That fist-through-the-TV thing would have hurt.

Seriously, congratulations to Andrew Davies and Dearbhla Walsh, and major congratulations to all involved for the BEST MINISERIES EMMY!!

Alas, there was one very, very important person whose reaction we didn't get to see. I don't mean Andrew Davies, and I don't mean Matthew Macfadyen or Claire Foy (even though I was hoping they'd be there, darn it). I mean, of course, the man ultimately responsible for it all, our own dear Mr. Dickens. I like to think that somewhere he's taking a bow before an appreciative group of angels. Bravo, sir!
