A Dickens autograph on a Dickens book. *drool of jealousy* [not really]

The show I went to didn't have the same kind of intimacy - it was a large, full room (no complaints though). He really was great, and I'm usually fairly critical of these things. It was great how willing he was to spend time one-on-one with people.

The video is very well done, although I got a chuckle out of the anchorwoman's phrase "closest living member of the author." Oops.
