Hi,
I´m collecting Dickens´s books in portuguese.
One of them I can´t find the original title...
Could you help me?
In portuguese the title is "O Guinéu da Coxa".
That´s a short storie that talks about a girl poor, orphan and thigh (Miss Thereza Ray).
other charaters are: Lady Thornton, George Rutland, Jenny...
It will be very nice if you can help me.

I did a bit of Googling for you, Raquel. It looks like you're referring to a story from the Christmas 1864 issue of Dickens's magazine "All the Year Round." It ran with Dickens's story "Mrs. Lirriper's Legacy," but from what I can tell, I'm not sure it was actually part of that story. It may have been a separate story altogether.

Should we be thankful that atleast they didn't do a vampire/werewolf version??
Unfortunately my favorite novel, Wuthering Heights, wasn't able to escape that fate. Silently weeping.

There'll hardly be a classic novel left untouched by the time they're done, I think!

Wow! I can't believe it! I agree, they're targeting everything!
