Interesting...hope it is indeed family-friendly! I remember when Jane Eyre (2011) was in production, there was talk about how extra gothic it would be; but in reality, it was hardly more gothic than the Orson Welles black & white version (perhaps even less so!).

Thanks for the info! So, does this mean that both the BBC adaption and feature film will be released at Christmas?

The BBC adaptation will be. I think the feature film may be a little later, but I'm not sure.
