Scott Carter's play about Dickens, Tolstoy, and Jefferson meeting in the afterlife is playing in Washington, D.C., performed by the Washington Stage Guild at The Undercroft Theatre. Unfortunately, I'm so busy with that project I mentioned earlier that I probably won't have time to go. If any of you do, though, I'd love to hear about it!
And the script of the play is now available for sale, so one of these days I'll get a copy and review that. It won't be quite the same, but it's better than nothing!
Thanks for the link, Gina. I met Scott a few years ago at Dickens Universe. He's a very sharp guy. I didn't make it to the LA run of "Discord," but I've ordered the script.
