This is great to hear! I haven't personally watched anything by Thorne, but some of my family members really liked Wonder.

Dream casting...maybe Jenna Coleman as Lucie? She has a wonderful screen presence. I am not sure about Darnay and Carton, but after recently rewatching the 1989 adaptation, I just hope the resemblance is stronger. ;)

I'm happy about the news of a new TTC adaptation, but I remember that several years ago Alan Bleasdale (who did the 1999 BBC version of Oliver Twist) was going to do a mini-series of A Tale of Two Cities but that never got off the ground. It's been over 30 years since there's been a movie of TTC, but every time I turn around there's a new version of Oliver Twist or A Christmas Carol. Even David Copperfield got a couple TV movies made in 2000, and now they have a box-office movie.
